How do I get access to my funds deposited which are controlled by Bills To Pay?

Bills To Pay manages your funds on your behalf that allows us to manage your everyday personal financial affairs. You would receive a deposit periodically as agreed with Bills To Pay that is sent to a separate personal bank account that is set up in your name that Bills To Pay does not control. Those funds are your spending money to do as you wish

I am depositing money into an account I do not have control over, how can I trust my money is safe?

Your money is protected by the financial institution just like any bank account. This means that Bills To Pay is only holding your money on your behalf which means you are still the ultimate owner of the funds. Each month a bank statement detailing each transaction is sent to verify the closing balance of your bank account. Your unique bank account is reconciled daily and audited to ensure that your funds are safe

How do I know my creditors are being paid on time?

Bills To Pay sends you an email notification within 48 hours of all payments disbursed from your unique bank account which your Chief Financial Officer manages on your behalf. In addition, Bills To Pay will send you monthly statements of your account detailing each transaction including the closing balance of the bank account.

If I am confident that I am now capable to manage my own personal financial affairs, can I leave?

You can terminate providing 30 days notice, should you wish at any stage during your agreement terminate the relationship with Bills To Pay. There is no fixed term contract.

What additional fees are involved if I decide to leave?

Provided that all outstanding fees are paid in full, there are no additional fees if you decide to leave.

How much do you charge?

Bills To Pay provides a number of cost effective professional services. Each client is unique in the services they may request. In addition the variability of the volume of work required to service each client is different.

Who will know about the relationship that exists between a client and Bills To Pay?

The only people that would know of our detailed relationship would be your vendors. Your employer will be contacted to confirm that your change of bank details have been received and updated (if applicable) to eliminate any overdue payments to your creditors. If asked, your employer will be advised that your personal financial affairs have been outsourced to eliminate the time involved managing your financial affairs.
